Antibiotics are useful when you have had a abscess or infection in the oral cavity, its  important to take your antibiotics as prescribed by your dentist or provide, many times people do not finish taking the whole course of prescribed medication thus causing antibiotic resistance. Please take your medication as prescribed.

Sometimes we advise patients to taken pain medication before treatment which  can help with pain during dental surgery. After dental surgery especially extractions, root canals, implants, and other traumatic procedures requires pain medications after surgery. The medications below the the most commonly prescribed medications in our clinic.
