At Inwood dental pc we try to create a work environment that is safe for our workers, customers and vendors. We value hard work, organization, persistence and teamwork. No one in the world can accomplish anything on their own but together as team we can accomplish more.  To work at any position in our clinic you must have at least 1 year worth of experience and must have shown from prior work the fortitute to work to improve and get better. 

Compensation is based on experience, the more experienced you are the more you will be paid. Bonus are given depending on how our practice is doing financially. 

We are an equal employment organization and offer several fringe benefits with vesting processes. We value our time, your time, our customers and vendors and so must work we do in our clinic in under certain time obligation. We dont want our customers waiting for a long period of time to be serviced, that challenge falls on us to make sure our customers are serviced efficiently and timely.
